It's comprehensive in that it covers many different scenarios, some of which you may not have encountered. The pictures and images are all.excellent quality. The quality of each chapter, however, is inconsistent. Some chapters are well detailed in the technical approach, whereas others just say "take out the graft and fix it." If you have the luxury of time, I think it's a good starting point - but Current Therapy is going to be more detailed (although that book, too, has some weak chapters).If you're not preparing for the boards, I think it's a perfect book for vascular residents and general surgery residents.
